Our company is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational efficiency, and professionalism. Central to this commitment is our strict "Zero Tolerance" policy regarding drug and alcohol use on board our vessels and throughout our operations.

The use, possession, distribution, or sale of illegal drugs and unauthorized alcohol is strictly prohibited on any vessel owned, managed, or operated by the company. Violations of this policy will lead to immediate disciplinary action, including possible dismissal from the vessel and company, as well as reporting to relevant authorities, which may result in severe legal penalties.

We recognize that any level of drug or alcohol consumption significantly impairs judgment, performance, and safety, increasing the risk of accidents, injuries, and operational failures. To mitigate these risks, regular unannounced drug and alcohol tests may be conducted by vessel masters or authorized personnel, particularly when personnel return from leave or when new crew members board a vessel.

Prescription medication must be reported immediately to the vessel master and documented appropriately. All prescribed medicines must have clear documentation from a licensed medical professional, and any unauthorized drugs are strictly forbidden.

We implement comprehensive security measures to prevent unauthorized substances from being brought onboard, especially during port calls or at anchorage. Random searches and inspections may also be conducted to ensure compliance with this policy.

Our company enforces a maximum allowable blood alcohol concentration (BAC) limit of 0.04 (40mg/100 ml), or 50 promils, to further ensure the safety and well-being of all onboard personnel and operations. Even small amounts of alcohol can significantly impair performance, reaction times, and decision-making capabilities, potentially endangering lives and property.

Pilots, visitors, contractors, office personnel, guests, and any individuals boarding or visiting our vessels are required to adhere strictly to this Drug and Alcohol Policy. Non-compliance will result in immediate removal from the vessel and denial of future access.

All employees are provided with training and continuous awareness regarding the dangers associated with drug and alcohol misuse. We encourage a culture of responsibility, transparency, and compliance, actively promoting a safe and substance-free workplace.

Our policy is designed to ensure safety, protect lives, and uphold the professional standards that define our company's operational excellence. Everyone associated with our organization shares the responsibility for maintaining a drug and alcohol-free environment.
